Title
MS/Telemetry Nurse

Assignment Details
36 or 48 hours per week

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Experience with telemetry monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation
- IV skills: start/maintain IVs, peripheral/PICC line care, central line blood draw
- Critical care support: blood product administration, ABG interpretation
- Experience with post-op cardiac/angiogram care, wound care, and feeding tube management


Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for adults in a medical-surgical/telemetry environment.
- Monitor telemetry and interpret dysrhythmias.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Compliance / Notes
- Pre-approved time off: 2 days (per contract)
- Travelers expected to float to like units within their scope as needed.
- Orientation and training required onsite.
