What You'll Do:
- Evaluate patients to determine their physical and cognitive abilities post-hospitalization
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Assist patients in regaining skills needed for daily living
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
- Support patient discharge planning and home safety education
What You Need:
- Valid Michigan Occupational Therapy license
- BLS certification required; additional certifications preferred
- 1+ years of inpatient therapy experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
