The successful candidate will have a solid background in accounting and will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of our construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Manage project cost accounting and ensure precise job costing. Monitor and report on the financial performance of projects. Handle invoices and payments. Reconcile accounts and ensure adherence to financial regulations. Work closely with project managers to track expenses and manage budgets. Assist in preparing financial reports for stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 2 years of accounting experience in the construction industry. Must have exposure to job costing.
