Assistant Manager Trainee

Why the role exists: This entry-level position develops foundational leadership skills through hands-on experience in customer service, daily operations, and team support.
This is active, relationship-oriented work. This is an on-site position with regular face-to-face interaction. The role is designed for someone comfortable working directly with customers, clients, members, community participants, partners, or onsite coworkers rather than working exclusively behind the scenes.
• Learn daily operations alongside onsite leaders
• Assist customers and support team members
• Help coordinate shift priorities and routine workflow
• Develop communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
Success in the role: A strong entry-level candidate is personable, dependable, comfortable starting conversations, organized, coachable, and able to communicate professionally in a fast-moving environment. Related experience can be helpful, but transferable experience from retail, hospitality, customer service, campus activities, athletics, or other people-facing work may also be relevant.
