We are looking for a Part-Time provider (20-30 hours per week, 2-3 days) for our Kent Regency Center situated in Warwick, RI. This role is open to either a nurse practitioner or a physician assistant.

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $54 to $60, along with an incentive compensation program that has no cap on earnings. About Us

Key Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

The Advanced Practice Provider will offer primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center, working in conjunction with other medical professionals. This position is integral to achieving our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited nursing program, hold a registered nurse license, and be certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing, focusing on Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other specialties may be considered based on experience and organizational needs. For Physician Assistants, graduation from an ARC-PA accredited program and successful completion of the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) is required, along with state licensure and NCCPA certification.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

In states where applicable, the Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) must possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice. Similarly, the Physician Assistant (PA) must have an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for their practice states.
