Bath Fitter, America's leader in 1-day bathroom remodeling , is growing our installation team! We're looking for a skilled and motivated Installer / Remodeling Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and is ready to build a long-term career.

If you have carpentry skills, basic plumbing experience, and enjoy hands-on work, this is your opportunity to join a stable, high-earning team with room for growth.
What You'll Do

Travel to customer homes to complete professional installations
Install bathtub liners, wall systems, fixtures, and trim
Perform detailed finishing work, including caulking and sealing
Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and job site
Deliver high-quality craftsmanship and a great customer experience

What We're Looking For

Carpentry and/or remodeling experience ( required )
Basic plumbing knowledge preferred
Ability to lift heavy or awkward materials
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Compensation & Benefits

Average earnings: $85,000+ per year
