Night Shift Warehouse Lead – West Chester, OH Job Description The Warehouse Lead, reporting to the Warehouse Operations Manager, is responsible for: Supporting the management of the warehouse in compliance with the company’s policies and vision Directing warehouse personnel as necessary Performing all warehouse functions effectively Assisting with VMI Programs as needed Unloading incoming inventory from trucks Stocking inventory into shelf locations Picking inventory for shipment to customers or vendors Performing inventory cycle counts Researching missing parts to find current locations Ensuring that all orders released for shipment are filled on time Ensuring the quality of our product Consolidating inventory to make efficient use of storage space Confering with other department leads to ensure coordination of warehouse activities Being responsible for training new employees Coordinating returns with Purchasing department and QC department Completing all other duties as assigned Professional Experience Requirements Education High school diploma or equivalent Work Experience 3 to 5 Years of warehouse experience, certified forklift driver, working knowledge of OSHA regulations, working knowledge of MS Word and Excel Professional Skills A strong work ethic Experience with Word, Outlook, and Excel Excellent written and verbal skills Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations, read and interpret documents, follow procedures, and document information Experience in leading a team and communicating closely with management is a must Ability to work in a quick‑paced production environment; troubleshoot and take corrective action to resolve problems, if necessary Experience with an automated Warehouse Management System Shift Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:30PM-6:30AM, Night Shift Position: Full-time, In-person, West Chester, OH Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance We are an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
