As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in leading client engagements, driving high-impact transformation initiatives, and contributing to the growth of both our clients and our practice.ResponsibilitiesClient Delivery:Work directly with clients to implement processes and technology that drive business value and improve operational efficiency across business and technical functionsPartner with business stakeholders to define and design new business processes aligned to strategic objectivesFacilitate client workshops to define future state vision, business processes, and requirements across the healthcare ecosystemLead detailed requirements gathering and ensure alignment to business objectivesLead package and solution evaluations aligned to industry leading practices within the healthcare ecosystemInterface with stakeholders across all levels of client organizations and internal teamsProject Management:Develop client-ready communications to support decision-making, communicate project status, mitigate risks, and resolve issuesLead the development of key project deliverables including project plans, implementation plans, communication strategies, and financial modelsPartner with engagement leadership to proactively identify and mitigate project risksCollaborate with West Monroe and client team members to build and sustain high-performing, integrated project teamsBusiness and Practice Development:Support business development efforts through contributions to proposals, project approaches, and client presentationsContribute to practice development by building tools, methodologies, and reusable assets that enhance delivery quality and consistencyQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required4+ years of experience working in a team-based consulting environment and directly with external clients, with a strong understanding of healthcare industry operationsExperience in at least one of the following areas: organizational transformation, process improvement, product development, or managing teams and workstreamsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing prioritiesAbility to operate with a sense of urgency and sound judgmentExperience working collaboratively on large-scale initiativesStrong communication skills, including the ability to present to senior and executive-level stakeholdersDemonstrated presentation and business development skills, including supporting the sales processExperience developing work plans, project scopes, and pricing estimatesStrong project management and leadership capabilities to manage and drive concurrent small to large initiativesExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with strong client relationship skillsAbility to travel to client-site [30–50%]A commitment to inclusion and diversity, and openness to new ideas and perspectivesBased on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
