Binaco is a supplier of promotional products in Brea, CA. We are seeking a Customer Service Sales Associate to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales.
- Build long-lasting strong customer relationships
- Generate package labels using Worldship(UPS) and Shipmanager(FedEx)
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of promotional products experience strongly preferred
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to provide in-depth knowledge of products and services and resolving problems
- Proficient in Word, Excel
- Entry level/Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Photography skills a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of shipping software both UPS and FedEx
