We are currently seeking a Technical Solutions Architecture Senior Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Configuration: Design and configure ISC components (Identity

Profiles, User Lifecycle Management , Roles, Access Certifications, Policies) based

on business requirements.

• Application Onboarding: Rapidly onboard SaaS, HR (e.g., Workday), Azure AD, and

on - premises applications using OOTB and custom connectors.

• Workflow & Rule Development: Customize provisioning workflows, rules,

Transforms, and email templates for Joiner - Mover - Leaver (JML) processes.

• API & Scripting: Integrate applications using REST API, SCIM, and build automation

scripts using Java (BeanShell) or PowerShell.

• Access Governance: Implement access certification campaigns, including

planning, scoping, and remediation.

• Troubleshooting: Monitor performance and resolve issues related to connectors,

provisioning, and data mapping.

• Access request and approval workflows

• Self - service access requests

• Logging and Reporting

Required Technical Skills

• SailPoint Expertise: Deep knowledge of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (formerly

IdentityNow).

• Identity Concepts: Strong understanding of IGA (Identity Governance &

Administration) best practices.

• Scripting/Coding: Experience with BeanShell, Java, PowerShell, and JSON/XML.

• Connectors: Experience with SCIM, JDBC, and Active Directory connectors.

• Certification: SailPoint IdentityNow Engineer or Professional certification is strongly

preferred.

Experience & Education

• Experience: 8+ years in IAM projects, specifically specializing in Cloud Identity

Governance.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or

related field.
