Site Reliability Engineering Manager

Seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineering Manager II, the full-time position will drive reliability, automation, and performance within cloud-based infrastructure while managing a team of SREs and collaborating with engineering teams remotely. Key responsibilities Coordinate daily activities for SREs and partner with managers to manage tasks effectively Mentor team members and advocate for best practices to achieve production excellence Engage in debugging production issues and participate in on-call support for incident response Required qualifications 5 years of experience in the Site Reliability Engineering field 2-5 years of experience leading or managing SRE teams Proficiency in at least one programming language Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, container ecosystems, and CI/CD tools Experience with testing techniques such as TDD or BDD
