Service Cashier Position

Jim Norton T - Town Chevrolet is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Service Cashier to join our team in Tulsa, OK. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing payments for automotive service transactions while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer payments accurately and efficiently for all service-related transactions.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service both in person and over the phone.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure all paperwork is completed correctly.
• Assist with balancing cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts.
• Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to facilitate smooth customer experiences.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any payment-related issues promptly.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in cashiering, preferably in an automotive or retail environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle cash responsibly.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
