Report any safety concerns or issues promptly.Equipment Maintenance - Perform routine maintenance on welding equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.Collaboration - Work closely with other team members, including engineers and fabricators, to achieve project goals and timelines.Problem Solving - Identify and address any issues related to welding processes, materials, or equipment, proposing solutions to improve efficiency and quality.Qualifications:Welding Expertise - Proven experience in TIG welding, with a focus on aluminum materials. Certification in welding is highly desirable.Blueprint Reading - Ability to interpret and work from engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.Precision and Detail-Oriented - Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality welds with attention to detail and precision.Team Player - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment.Safety Awareness - Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adherence to safety protocols.
