Staffing: Varies based on shift
Type of Staff:
- Day Shift: Charge CST, RNs, CNAs, Anesthesia techs, equipment techs
- Night Shift: Charge CST, RNs
Patient Ratios: 1:1
Equipment Used: OR equipment
Electronic Medical Record (EMR) System: Meditech
Required Skills:
- 5 years' experience in surgical technology
- Experience with Meditech EMR
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Neuro procedures and ECRP
- Vascular experience and advanced procedures
Typical Procedures Performed: All types of procedures are performed, excluding transplants.
Personality Fit: We are looking for candidates who are flexible and work well as part of a team.
Required Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
Floating Areas: No floating required.
Dress Code: Hospital-provided scrubs are to be worn.
Unit Guidelines and Policies: Please inquire for detailed unit policies and guidelines.
Call and Holiday Requirements: Must be available for call responsibilities of 15 or more times per month and any upcoming holidays.
