Training and working alongside your team, you will also help manage food and labor costs. In other words: mama approved.To qualify for this rockstar opportunity, you are eligible to work in the U.S. and meet the age requirements and experience outlined within the application. You MUST have experience in management within the food industry, advance management skills, ordering, inventory, labor, etc. Prefer previous Jimmy John's Mgmt, experience but not required. This is not a PIC position, or part time position. Must be able to pass all the required assessments to maintain this position and become CERTIFIED through Jimmy Johns in an agreed upon time frame.***You MUST have open availability to be considered for this position!*** You Must be able to pass a menu test!Assistant Managers help oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. The Assistant Manager plays a major role in ensuring the store is in exceptional order and that all employees are performing duties properly and efficiently. Assistant Managers must lead by example and execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity. As an Assistant Manager, your attitude needs to be enthusiastic, friendly, and positive.
