Inbound Sales Rep

Compensation: $60,000 base + commission (OTE $120,000) Employment Type: Full-time, W-2 Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States, we do not offer visa sponsorship. Overview Incite Tax is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Inbound Sales Representative to engage prospective clients, drive revenue growth, and expand our client base. In this role, you will respond to inbound inquiries, conduct consultative sales calls, educate prospects on our tailored financial services, and rapidly turn qualified leads into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities Inbound Call Management: Be readily available to field inbound sales calls and engage directly with interested prospects. Tailored Consultations: Develop a deep understanding of Incite Tax’s identity and service offerings to sell tailored solutions to prospective clients. Meeting Scheduling: Set up timely discovery and consultation meetings to show how prospects can benefit from partnering with us. Rapid Agreement Turnaround: Prepare and send clear, accurate pricing agreements to prospective clients within 15 minutes of finishing a sales call. Client Onboarding: Create genuine value through proactive communication and education, smoothly transitioning prospective leads into paying clients. Nurture Campaigns: Send intentional, value-driven nurturing follow-up emails to a minimum of 250 leads per week. Lead Nurturing: Provide consistent, proactive follow-ups to existing leads to keep Incite Tax top-of-mind. Industry Acumen: Stay up to date on tax industry trends, changes, and the competitive landscape to effectively address prospect pain points. Process Innovation: Continuously look for opportunities to innovate, improve team efficiencies, and sharpen accuracy within our sales processes. Qualifications Experience in inbound sales, consultative selling, or high-value service sales (financial, tax, or professional services experience is a major plus). Exceptional organizational skills with a commitment to rapid response times. A strong approach to sales—you sell by educating, building value, and genuinely caring about the prospect’s financial success. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; comfortable conducting calls, leading discussions, and writing engaging email copy. Thrives in a target-driven environment where success is clearly measured by activity and revenue metrics. Highly adaptable, quick to learn company offerings, and always looking for ways to optimize workflow.
