What You’ll Love About This Role As a Barista – Keyholder , you’ll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for every guest. You’ll help set the tone for each shift—opening and closing the café, supporting your teammates, and ensuring our guests feel genuinely cared for from the moment they walk in.
