Lawn Technician

Overview Turner Pest Control is a rapidly growing pest control company serving residential and commercial customers. This role involves applying fertilizers and other lawn care products to properties, diagnosing turf issues, and ensuring optimal lawn health and customer satisfaction. Scheduling varies by service area and location and requires flexible day-by-day availability. Responsibilities Applying fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and other lawn care products according to label instructions and company protocols. Diagnose turf problems such as weeds, pests, and nutrient deficiencies. Operate and maintain application equipment including spreaders, sprayers, and vehicles. Provide detailed reports and communicate lawn care recommendations to customers. Establish effective working relationships with a variety of customers, both internal and external. Maintain accurate records of service completed through use of a SMART device. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Conduct follow-up visits to solve problems and ensure resolution for the health of the lawn. Perform other duties as assigned.
