Training Specialist

A dynamic customer service operation supporting utility services is seeking Training Specialists to design and deliver effective training programs for their Contact Center team. This role supports a large transformation effort, helping frontline employees confidently navigate systems, policies, and customer interactions.

What you'll do:

\n
• Design, develop, and implement Contact Center training programs (instructor-led and eLearning)
\n
• Create training assets: SOPs, job aids, assessments, modules, and presentation decks
\n
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and meetings for new hires and ongoing education
\n
• Collaborate with product, operations, and QA teams to ensure accuracy and alignment
\n
• Track program participation, assessment results, retraining needs, and suggest improvements
\n
• Contribute to the evolution of training strategy in response to business goals and system changes
\n

Who we're looking for:

\n
• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of professional training experience
\n
• Experience designing and delivering technical and customer operations training
\n
• Proficiency with LMS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and modern training tools
\n
• Strong facilitation, project coordination, and stakeholder communication skills
\n
