ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY River Valley AgCredit, a member‑owned financial cooperative, is looking for a dependable and detail‑oriented Member Service Representative to join their friendly and fast‑paced team in Clinton, KY . POSITION SUMMARY As the Member Service Representative, you’ll play a key role in keeping the branch running smoothly. You’ll handle clerical tasks, loan administration support, member relations, and more, all with precision and a customer‑first mindset. You’ll also be responsible for retiring Association stock. PRIMARY WORK LOCATION Clinton, KY REPORTS TO Country Mortgage Manager SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or GED At least 2 years of experience in an office or clerical setting Comfortable using standard office technology and computer systems Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly and effectively with both staff and the public SENSORY AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Must have the ability to read documents from many sources. Must be able to communicate audibly in and with staff, customers, and the general public. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS We’re looking for someone who’s not just organized but energized by making things better every day.
