We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Assist customers as needed with outstanding customer serviceOperate an electronic cash register and credit card machinePerform basic mathematical computationsProvide event set up, breakdown, buffet and table serviceCommunicate with the public in a tactful, polite, and friendly mannerClean dining and event areas and tables; assist in preparing and serving food items; fill condiment containers Pick up dishes, glasses, eating utensils, and trash in dining and concession areas Scrape and rinse dishes, load dishwasher and operate dishwashing machine; wash dishes, carts, pots, pans, and equipment Take and record temperature of food to ensure proper temperature controls in the transportation of food Assist in unloading, lifting, and carrying food and supplies from trucks and storage areas, and place them in designated areas Assist in party rentals: Guest check-in, party supplies and set-up, cleaning of cabanas and sheltersAlert management immediately for the following incidences: suspicious acting persons, intoxicated individuals, adults with no children, etc. Alert management immediately regarding mistake or adjustment to the cash drawerAll other duties as assigned by managementMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Must be at least 21 years of ageShift will be driven by event and banquet activity and schedulePrior experience operating a cash register and balancing a cash drawerAbility to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patronsOne year of customer service experience with general public preferredWORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDSMust be able to lift 40 pounds waist highMay be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop, bend, carry, lift, pull, and pushWill be required to operate a computerFacility has intermittent noise
