American Air, Plumbing & Electric has been serving Brevard County since 1942 , and we're looking for an experienced Comfort Advisor to join our growing team.

This is not an entry-level sales position. We're looking for experienced HVAC sales professionals who know how to build value, overcome objections, and confidently ask for the sale.

Compensation

100% Commission

What You'll Do

• Meet with homeowners to evaluate their heating and cooling needs.

• Perform in-home comfort consultations and system evaluations.

• Design customized HVAC replacement solutions.

• Present equipment options and financing solutions.

• Build value and confidently close sales.

• Educate customers on indoor air quality, accessories, and energy-efficient products.

• Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Accurately prepare proposals and sales documentation using ServiceTitan .

• Maintain communication with customers before, during, and after installation.

• Follow up after installations to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

• Generate referrals and earn repeat business through exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC replacement sales experience

• Proven track record of consistently closing sales

• Strong closing skills with the confidence to ask for the sale

• Highly competitive and self-motivated

• Goal-oriented with a desire to be a top producer

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Experience conducting in-home sales presentations

• Ability to build trust and long-term customer relationships

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceTitan experience strongly preferred

• Financing presentation experience

• Knowledge of IAQ products and accessories

• Experience selling premium HVAC systems
