Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations to enhance customer understanding and engagement. Utilize basic math skills to accurately process transactions and handle cash effectively. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for processing sales and returns. Maintain an organized and clean sales floor to ensure a pleasant shopping environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Stay informed about product features, promotions, and inventory levels to assist customers effectively. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience with product demos is a plus but not required. A positive attitude and willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
