Shift Details

This position offers a night shift, consisting of three 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Contract Information

Contract options available for a duration of 13-20 weeks.

Role Description

We are seeking qualified candidates for a Med/Surg Telemetry role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.

Location

Position available in Cleveland, OH.

Qualifications

• Permanent Ohio license or compact state license required.
• Current BLS & ACLS certifications are mandatory.
• Previous charge experience is preferred.
• Experience with community hospitals is an advantage.
• Charting system experience is required, with specific knowledge of relevant systems.
• References must be from managerial personnel within the previous 12 months.

Compliance and Requirements

• Background checks will be conducted; candidates with open cases will not be considered.
• All candidates must be nicotine-free, except for registered nurses and CSTs, who are temporarily exempt.
• A negative 10 panel drug screen, including nicotine testing, is required within 12 months of the start date.
• BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of signing the contract.

Continuing Education

Travel candidates who have been on a continuous contract for one year will be required to complete annual hands-on competency training. Completion is necessary to maintain scheduling and compliance.

Modules and Training

• 4 hours of annual education modules are billable; additional time for pre-start modules is not billable.
• Time allocation for modules may vary by specialty, averaging between 6-15 hours of training.
