Whether it's a busy casino lunch rush or a high-energy dinner service, every guest experience is crafted with care, pride, and precision.Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill at MGM Grand is seeking an energetic, polished, and hospitality-driven AM Food Runner to support our fast-paced breakfast and lunch service. This role is essential in ensuring every guest receives timely, accurate, and seamless service while maintaining the elevated standards of hospitality and professionalism that define the Wolfgang Puck experience. Must be available for 6:30am-5pm shifts.Pay: $12 / hour plus tipsWhat You'll DoDeliver food from the kitchen to guests efficiently, accurately, and with a sense of urgencyEnsure each dish is presented exactly as intended, following Wolfgang Puck standardsVerify table numbers, seat positions, and special requests before food is deliveredCommunicate clearly with servers, chefs, and expo to keep service running smoothlyAssist with garnishing, plate finishing, and final quality checks at the passSupport servers by clearing plates, refilling water, and assisting as needed during peak serviceKeep expo and runner stations clean, organized, and stocked throughout serviceFollow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelinesWhat We're Looking ForA positive, team-first attitude with a strong sense of urgencyAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environmentStrong communication and listening skillsAttention to detail and pride in presentationExperiencePrevious restaurant or food service experience preferredExperience in high-volume or full-service restaurants is a plusPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to carry trays and lift up to 25–40 lbs regularlyAbility to bend, reach, twist, and move quickly in tight spacesWhy Join Wolfgang Puck?We believe great hospitality starts with taking care of our people.
