Family Practice Nurse Practitioner Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a small group in an outpatient FQHC setting in Indiana. Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient family practice care Monday through Friday, with a flexible 4-day workweek option. Serve the underserved community with a mission-driven approach. Work collaboratively within a small team across multiple sites. Manage patient care using eClinicalWorks EMR system. Maintain a call schedule with a 1:12 phone call duty. Qualifications & Skills Post-training experience of 2+ years preferred. Passion for community service and patient-centered care. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
