Now Hiring ASSEMBLERS in the Dallas, TX 75211 area! This position is to start the week of August 3rd

First Shift (MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM), $17.00/hr.
Second Shift (MondayFriday, 12:00 PM 9:00 PM), $18.00/hr.

Position Overview:

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assembl ers to join our production team, working on large industrial generator enclosures. This is a full-time position responsible for assembling structural and mechanical components according to detailed instructions and quality standards.

Assemblers ensure that all parts are installed accurately, safely, and efficiently to meet customer specifications and internal quality requirements.

Core Responsibilities:

• Follow detailed assembly drawings, build instructions, and work orders.

• Assemble structural frames, sheet metal panels, doors, latches, and hardware.

• Use hand and power tools to fasten, torque, align, and adjust mechanical components.

• Route and secure wiring, conduits, or gaskets as required per build specs.

• Perform in-process quality checks and complete rework as needed.

• Collaborate with welders, fitters, and supervisors to maintain a steady workflow.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, blueprints, or work instructions.

• Working knowledge of mechanical systems and basic electrical/wiring practices.

• Familiarity with torquing tools and mechanical fasteners (bolts, rivets, screws).

• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and quality.

• Problem-solving skills to identify and correct issues such as misalignments or missing components.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment.

• Clean background check- no misdemeanors or Felonies

• Pass drug screening

Tools & Equipment Used:

• Hand tools: wrenches, hammers, pliers, screwdrivers, etc.

• Power tools: drills, impact drivers, grinders, torque wrenches.
