Job Description:

• Deliver WOW-level customer service to all customers with enthusiasm and care
• Assist customers with payments both in-person and over the phone
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound and make outbound calls efficiently
• Meet with potential clients to Assess and Educate on insurance products
• Multitask effectively while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Manage and generate company leads to build lasting client relationships

• Competitive earnings: First-year on-target agents earn $50,000 – $75,000 , Senior agents average $85,000-$125,000 annually
• Full-time position with a consistent 35-45 hour workweek (NO PART-TIME HOURS)

Requirements:

• High school diploma; A.A is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Willingness to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License.
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Must have your own reliable transportation 
• Availability: Monday-Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM.
