Purchasing Specialist

Compensation: $28 - $30 /hour, depending on experience Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Purchasing Specialist to join their team! Step into an exciting opportunity as a Purchasing Specialist, covering a maternity leave from mid-December through April 2026. This is your chance to shine in a role that values strong communication and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities & Duties Manage purchasing and communication with vendors. Coordinate and manage delivery schedules. Ensure smooth operations during maternity leave coverage. Utilize MS Suite: Excel and Outlook for daily tasks. Maintain strong communication with team and vendors. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven purchasing experience. Proficiency in MS Suite: Excel, Outlook. Detail-oriented and deadline-driven. Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience with store planning. Familiarity with Oracle Planning.
