All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date. IMPORTANT - BCI/FBI prints are time Sensitive - Must completed within 48 Hours of signing contract. Extensions: Travelers may remain on assignment for up to 18 months.
