Traveler will receive 2 attempts maximum to pass, otherwise will be canceled. BG hits of any kind are reviewed by the facility but will not accept any traveler with an open case Facility does not accept any license hits. Nurses and CSTs are EXEMPT from Nicotine Free Facility Requirements. Exemption is temporary and will be honored until further notice. All other travelers (aside from Nurses and CSTs) MUST BE NICOTINE FREE - Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually. Permanent and per diem candidates cannot return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date. IMPORTANT - BCI/FBI prints are time Sensitive - Must completed within 48 Hours of signing contract. Extensions: Travelers may remain on assignment for up to 18 months. A 6-month break is required before returning, unless approved by the client. Reach out to the AM if Client approval is needed. Modules: 4 hours of modules are billable, any additional time required for pre-start modules is non-billable.
