Regional Sales Manager, Wholesale Montblanc | NYC, USA Reports to: National Sales Director, USA Key Responsibilities Sales & Commercial Performance Deliver and exceed regional sales targets across wholesale specialty partners (Jewelers and Traditional Trade) Analyze sell‑in and sell‑through performance to identify growth opportunities and corrective actions. Develop and execute territory action plans to maximize productivity, assortment optimization, and distribution strategy. Lead twice a year seasonal sell‑in campaigns, product launches, and novelties presentations. Partner Management & Brand Elevation Cultivate strong relationships with partners’ sales associates, key retail partners and decision‑makers. Elevate brand presence through merchandising excellence, visual standards, and client experience execution. Conduct regular business reviews, providing data‑driven insights and clear growth strategies. Identify white‑space opportunities and strategic doors aligned with brand positioning. Training & Development Host product knowledge and storytelling trainings to empower sales associates. Drive brand engagement initiatives to maximize conversion and average selling price. Operational Excellence Ensure accurate forecasting, inventory management, and stock optimization across accounts. Monitor order management, replenishment flow, and operational compliance. Maintain CRM discipline and timely reporting to headquarters. Marketing Partner with Marketing team to maximize brand exposure, identifying opportunities for clienteling events and community engagement that elevate brand visibility. Up to 40% travelling required (USA) Office based position (NYC) Qualifications 5+ years of experience in watch/jewelry industry. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a multi‑door environment. Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into action plans. Exceptional relationship‑building and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills. Advanced Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region, up to 40%. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
