Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

A leading organization is seeking an experienced finance professional to provide strategic financial leadership and business partnership across a dynamic operating environment. This individual will collaborate with senior leaders to support planning, forecasting, financial analysis, and key business initiatives while helping drive operational performance and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to support strategic planning and financial decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Develop financial models, performance reporting, and executive presentations.
- Analyze business performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions.
- Support capital planning and investment analysis.
- Drive process improvements that enhance reporting, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
- Mentor finance team members and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Participate in special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, or strategic finance experience.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders in a complex business environment.
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with ERP and reporting tools preferred.
