Summary: Performs bed placement functions for Inpatient Emergency Department Direct Admits and External Transfers to ensure patients are placed in the most appropriate bed meeting the appropriate Level of Care and for customer satisfaction. Obtains pertinent information and maintenance of transfer logs. Responsible for providing support to Case Management and Social Workers at facilities with transportation arrangement based of patient's coverage or facilities administrative approval to arrange.

Position located at ISC 12-hour shifts weekends
