Position Summary
Housekeepers play a vital role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. This position ensures guest rooms and public areas meet brand cleanliness and safety standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesClean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards
Change linens, make beds, and replenish room amenities
Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces
Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly
Maintain supply carts and storage areas
Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests
