Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health and substance use issues, followed by the development of individualized treatment plans that reflect client needs and goals.

• Engage in therapeutic sessions, including individual, group, and family counseling, using evidence-based modalities to foster clients’ healing and coping skills.

• Monitor and document client progress toward therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies and immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress or high-risk situations.

• Maintain meticulous records of all client interactions and interventions in accordance with established ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with a diverse client population, including individuals grappling with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, as well as those undergoing significant life transitions, including trauma, relationship conflicts, grief, and loss. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid California license to practice as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
