Overview We are seeking a dedicated leader to manage day‑to‑day operations for our Tampa store. The General Manager is responsible for ensuring the store operates efficiently, profitably, and in compliance with all company policies. Responsibilities Oversee all cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations during the assigned shift. Lead and develop the staff, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance evaluation. Maintain all store equipment and facilities, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met. Execute marketing initiatives to increase sales and brand presence. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times. Monitor and improve profitability through effective cost control and sales analysis. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer complaints and service improvements. Qualifications Proven leadership experience in a retail or fast‑food environment. Strong numerical skills: adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing quickly and accurately. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to give clear written instructions. Proficient with computer and touchscreen ordering systems. Ability to read maps, navigate delivery routes, and handle adverse terrain while carrying product. Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain composure under pressure. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record; access to an insured vehicle for delivery duties. Physical Requirements Stand, walk, and perform tasks for extended periods; frequent lifting up to 50 pounds. Carry, push, and pull items such as pizza trays, dough, and supplies.
