What you’ll do as a Family Service Advisor:

• Guide families through burial and memorial arrangements with care and professionalism
• Help individuals and families plan ahead, reducing emotional and financial burden
• Build long-term relationships within the community
• Manage your pipeline through strong follow-up and organization

Preferred skills:

• Bilingual in Chinese (a plus, but not a prerequisite)
• 3-5+ years experience in sales or customer service
