Responsibilities: Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, ADL training, and functional mobility activities Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and goal attainment in compliance with regulatory standards Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques Monitor and report changes in patient condition or functional status to the supervising OT Maintain a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment and manage equipment as needed Requirements: Active COTA certification through NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) Valid Oklahoma state licensure Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with a commitment to quality care Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting About Us: Revive Therapy Plus Wellness LLC is a dedicated therapy and wellness provider based in Oklahoma City, OK, committed to helping patients heal, recover, and thrive.
