Qualifications:

• Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology
• Active Tennessee licensure, or eligibility to obtain
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration with students, families, and educators
• Familiarity with IEPs, RTI, and relevant special education processes

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students
• Offer direct counseling and consultation services
• Participate in development and implementation of IEPs and interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Provide expertise in crisis prevention, intervention, and response
• Engage with families to support students’ well-being and academic growth
