Account Specialist (Omaha, NE)

Role: Remote Account Specialist responsible for executing field-based sales activities to support product launches and drive adoption within a defined healthcare territory. Objectives include building relationships with healthcare providers, supporting product access, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities encompass:

- leveraging field insights for strategy refinement
Requirements include 5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharma, familiarity with complex patient pathways, and recent product launch experience, particularly in CNS indications.
Preferred skills involve experience with formulary access, hospital/institutional sales, specialty pharmacies, and proven quota attainment.
The candidate must demonstrate strong performance history and ability to operate independently with a high level of professionalism.
The role involves regular use of technology and requires flexibility to travel within the region as needed.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $160,000–$192,000 USD, along with comprehensive benefits, including health coverage, 401(k), stock options, and performance incentives.
Overall, this role is integral to the successful launch and growth of Praxis Precision Medicines' CNS-focused therapies, requiring strategic field engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
