Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.What This Job InvolvesProvide support for Integrated Facilities Management clients and internal stakeholders related to optimization of JLL managed services operations and sourcing strategies.Strategic Sourcing TeamResponsible for delivering market, supplier and operational intelligence of services operations; Identifying and leading appropriate field resources to execute strategic initiatives.Be subject matter expert in support of JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships and program management.Collaborate with a team of sourcing professionals to strategic outcomes.Partner with Sourcing Leader to prioritize deliverables, resolve operational issues, and maintain client satisfaction through effective resource coordination.Closely participate in and with Jones Lang LaSalle Sourcing, Facility Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client.Perform periodic market trend analysis in the specific categories; analyzing supplier base, industry changes, etc. Report analysis to Supply Chain and business stakeholders in a client ready form.Participate in and align strategic sourcing strategies within assigned categories.Lead and assist cross-functional stakeholder teams through sourcing events (RFXs), data analysis, supplier evaluation and contract negotiations.Provide expertise, instruction and follow-up in support of JLL and Sourcing teams RFP/bid, contracting and operational processes. Be proactive and manage internal and external customer expectations.Ensure compliance to JLL's sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics.Establish relationship with Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes and are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management.Establish work priorities, assign deliverables and resolve issues with Operations teams, temporary help and/or project-specific dedicated personnel to assure client satisfaction and customer satisfaction.Support the development, implementation, coordination and communication of regional and national programsTeam Collaboration & EngagementSupport other team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Facilities Management, Engineering, Supply Chain and Vendor Management Operations.Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations proactively, providing clear communication and timely follow-up.Establish work priorities, resolve issues, and coordinate with operations teams to ensure client and stakeholder satisfaction.Participate in and contribute to client and JLL Sourcing and Facility Management teams to drive immediate and sustained benefits.Support and guide JLL Category Management team's supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers.Participate and provide support to Preferred Supplier performance review meetings.Support JLL e-commerce procurement initiatives.Sound like you? To apply you need to have:Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and/or 5+ years strategic sourcing, supply chain or related experience.Excellent inter-personal skills, organization skills, and proven ability to support teams in decentralized environment.Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.Demonstrated experience developing and negotiating supplier contractsStrong analytical capabilities to evaluate and determine optimal pricing structuresExcellent PC skills, proficiency in MS Office, experience with Google Suite and AI applications and platforms preferred.Analytical mindset with experience maintaining 95%+ compliance rates.Detail-oriented with strong commitment to accuracy, quality control, and compliance.Demonstrated ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues appropriately.Proactive, results-driven professional with strong initiative and consistent track record of achieving objectives.Consistently utilize a detail-oriented approach while effectively managing competing priorities.Reliable team contributor who maintains quality standards under demanding workloads.Customer-focused problem solver committed to timely issue resolution.Project management capabilities preferred, and ability to contribute to more challenging work within team.This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.Estimated compensation for this position:85,000.00 – 100,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
