Medical Information Manager

We are seeking an experienced Medical Information Manager to support the evaluation and development of AI-enabled and digital solutions within Medical Information . This role will partner with Medical Information, AI Strategy, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Compliance, and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities where AI, automation, and emerging technologies can improve Medical Information operations, responsiveness, scalability, and customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong Medical Information or Medical Affairs experience within the pharmaceutical industry , combined with experience in AI transformation, digital innovation, automation, or technology-enabled process improvement . Key Responsibilities Evaluate and identify AI-enabled solutions, automation, and emerging digital technologies applicable to Medical Information. Partner with AI Strategy and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate technologies and develop practical business use cases. Assess the Medical Information technology landscape, industry trends, and opportunities for innovation. Identify opportunities to transition Medical Information from a primarily reactive model toward a proactive, technology-enabled operating model . Support proactive communication of relevant label updates, new clinical data, and emerging information to customers with previous related inquiries. Ensure AI-enabled solutions comply with Medical Information, regulatory, GxP, data integrity, privacy, and governance requirements . Develop and document AI use cases, business requirements, risks, opportunities, governance considerations, and implementation dependencies . Support development of an AI-enabled Medical Information implementation roadmap . Support development of direct-to-patient Medical Information materials , including launch-related content and device administration information. Evaluate existing MI processes and recommend improvements in efficiency, responsiveness, scalability, and customer experience . Provide strategic recommendations to leadership regarding AI applications and future-state Medical Information capabilities. Maintain high standards for accurate, balanced, scientifically appropriate, and compliant Medical Information . Required Qualifications Master's degree or Doctorate in a relevant scientific or healthcare discipline; PharmD, PhD, or MD preferred . 5–8 years of experience in Medical Information, Medical Affairs, or a closely related pharmaceutical function. Pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience. Experience with AI transformation, digital innovation, automation, or technology-enabled operating models . Experience developing technology implementation strategies or roadmaps . Experience with proactive Medical Information, customer engagement, direct-to-patient information, or digital Medical Information solutions . Understanding of AI capabilities and their application within regulated pharmaceutical environments .
