SRT Mid-Size Truck Chief Vehicle Engineer

The SRT Mid-Size Truck Chief Vehicle Engineer (CVE) is the single point of contact for all engineering activities and is responsible to lead the technical aspects of the program in order to achieve customer requirements and functional targets.The SRT Mid-Size Truck Chief Vehicle Engineer is responsible for SRT variants of Mid-Size trucks and some programs to be identified. SRT /Mid-Size Truck Chief Vehicle Engineer manages the projects (Q, C, T, P) to adapt and validate the components developed by PRS on concerned Top Hat; and be sure we have a transversal and optimized way to develop, validate and integrate in the top hat so that we guarantee a transversal approach for all top haps, with low expenses and short lead time between Initial program launch and the different Top Hat launches.This SRT Mid-Size Truck Chief Vehicle Engineer is responsible to deliver to the Execution Program CVE a complete system fully validated and integrated at vehicle level (integration in vehicle control units, remote functions, HMI, ...)Basic Qualifications:A minimum of a Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent (Materials /Chemical/ Civil/Aerospace/Computer); other Engineering degrees with combined experience will be considered Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience Demonstrated leadership experience and abilities Strong communication skills with all levelsPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited university, and/or MBA Program Management Experience related to cost, timing, risk and product selections Understanding of Stellantis Corporate systems and tools Experience interfacing with cross functional teams Experience with high performance and or racing programsBrand: FCA GroupJob ID: 2019941Employment Type: Full-timeJob Area: Program & Project ManagementPosted Date: 16/07/2026
