Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Ability to safely perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Job Duties

• Operate sit-down and heavy-capacity forklifts to transport steel products safely throughout the yard and warehouse
• Load and unload flatbeds, trailers, and customer vehicles efficiently
• Pull, stage, and organize materials for production, customer orders, and shipments
• Verify material sizes and specifications using a tape measure
• Inspect incoming and outgoing materials for quality and accuracy
• Complete daily forklift and equipment inspections
• Report maintenance and safety concerns promptly
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Assist with inventory, banding, cutting, and other warehouse support ta

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory.
• Ability to maintain productivity while working in warehouse and distribution environments.

What You Will Do


As a Warehouse Associate you will receive, pick, pack, sort, stage, load, unload, and organize products throughout warehouse operations. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.
