About Binho

\n

Binho Board is a fast-growing sports lifestyle and entertainment company redefining tabletop competition through its flagship game, the Binho Classic. Drawing inspiration from global soccer culture and the finger-flick games of South America, Binho creates sleek, skill-based products that deliver both casual fun and tournament-level intensity.

\n

Since launching in 2019, we've sold more than 150,000 units through our direct-to-consumer channel and major retailers including Dick's Sporting Goods, Scheels, and hundreds of independent stores. We've secured licensing partnerships with leading soccer clubs such as Paris Saint-Germain, Arsenal, Chelsea, and Liverpool. With a focus on families, sports fans, and social gamers, Binho is building the world's leading tabletop soccer brand through innovative products, licensed collaborations, and a growing tournament ecosystem.

The Role

\n

We're looking for a Warehouse Manager to own day-to-day operations at our Tempe facility. This is a full-time, on-site position.

\n

You'll run receiving, storage, and shipping while keeping inventory records accurate and stock levels healthy. You'll coordinate staff scheduling, assign tasks, and build safe, efficient workflows that keep direct-to-consumer and retail orders going out on time. You'll also partner closely with our operations, logistics, and customer service teams on demand forecasting, product launches, and peak season planning.

\n

If you like ownership, visible impact, and a company where the warehouse is central to the business rather than an afterthought, this is a good fit.

What You'll Do

\n

\n
• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping
\n
• Maintain accurate inventory through tracking, reconciliation, and cycle counting
\n
• Coordinate staff scheduling and task assignment; lead and develop the warehouse team
\n
• Monitor inventory movements and identify and implement process improvements
\n
• Operate and manage material-handling equipment, including forklifts
\n
• Uphold safety and quality standards across the facility
\n
• Partner with operations, logistics, and customer service on forecasting, launches, and peak season readiness
\n

What You Bring

\n

\n
• Previous experience in warehouse or distribution management, preferably in consumer products or e-commerce
\n
• Strong stock and inventory control skills, with a track record of accurate counts and minimal discrepancies
\n
• Operations management ability across daily workflows, staffing, and process optimization
\n
• Safe, certified forklift operation and familiarity with other material-handling equipment
\n
• Willingness to learn our full product line inside and out
\n
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team, with strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
\n
• Comfort with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and basic data analysis tools
\n
• Working knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices
\n
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in logistics, supply chain, or operations is a plus
\n

\n

\n

Compensation & Benefits

\n

\n
• $80,000–$100,000 annually, depending on experience

• Two weeks paid time off
