Welder Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring welder workers for a manufacturing company in Wheaton, MN. In this role, you’ll help fabricate high-quality aluminum products while working in a safety-focused environment that values craftsmanship, efficiency, and teamwork. What you’ll do as a welder: Read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications to understand product requirements Set up and weld aluminum components using MIG, TIG, and other welding processes as needed Inspect finished welds using measuring and inspection equipment to ensure quality standards are met Grind, de-bur, and finish components to achieve required surface specifications Perform basic equipment repairs and preventive maintenance as needed Maintain a clean, organized workspace while following safety procedures and 5S principles Load and unload materials and shipments using appropriate equipment when required What you need to bring to the welder role: High school diploma or GED equivalent Previous welding experience preferred; MIG and TIG experience is a plus Ability to obtain welding certifications as required Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect parts to customer specifications Basic math, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment and participate in additional training as needed Why you’ll like working with Doherty Staffing Solutions: Enjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
