Shift: Mid-Shift with rotating weekends

Key Responsibilities- Implementing the nursing process and collaborating with team members to enhance patient care.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed, adhering to nursing standards.
- Documenting patient care in accordance with established standards.
- Conducting assessments, planning interventions, and evaluating care outcomes.
- Creating and executing personalized care plans for patients.
- Engaging in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance.
- Providing clinical expertise and support to other departments.
- Applying critical thinking to ensure patient safety and enhance experiences.
- Participating in professional nursing activities and peer review processes.
- Current RN Licensure in Wisconsin.
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS.
- Certification in TNCC or TNS.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an emergency setting.
