Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Travel RN with telemetry experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in a telemetry unit, treating a variety of conditions, including trauma and orthopedic injuries. This position requires a strong teamwork-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct neurovascular checks on limbs and assist with frequent ambulation and repositioning.
• Adhere to orthopedic precautions and implement comprehensive pain control measures.
• Utilize GE wireless telemetry boxes and Welch Allen vital sign machines for patient monitoring.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• A minimum of 1 year of current acute care telemetry RN experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification.
• NIH Certification, trauma/ortho experience, and neuro/stroke experience are preferred.
