Commercial HVAC Service Manager

Snapshot / Role Overview:
We're seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Manager in Tucson, AZ to support and grow commercial mechanical operations across the region.

Impact:
- Keep commercial HVAC systems running through expert service and repair.
- Minimize downtime for customers across healthcare, retail, and office markets.
- Build trust through clean diagnostics and clear communication.
- Mentor apprentices and junior techs.

Responsibilities:
- Service RTUs, split systems, VRF, chillers, boilers, and pumps.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and controls issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance per scope.
- Recover, evacuate, and recharge refrigerant per EPA standards.
- Document service calls in field service software.
- Communicate clearly with dispatchers, customers, and PMs.
- Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle.
