Job Overview

We are seeking friendly, dependable, and service-driven hospitality professionals to join our team as a Front Desk Agent and Night Auditor . In this role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences while ensuring operational and financial accuracy. Opportunities are available for both front desk and overnight audit shifts.

The ideal candidate is guest-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional and welcoming presence.

What You'll Do

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain accurate guest records and billing information.
• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• For overnight shifts, perform nightly audit procedures and reconcile daily transactions.
• Generate accounting and operational reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
• Support hotel operations as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Previous hotel, hospitality, customer service, front desk, or night audit experience preferred.
• Hyatt experience preferred.
• Outstanding guest service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Basic accounting, cash-handling, or reconciliation experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Experience with hotel property management systems preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including mornings, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
